Mark Vanry, president of Tower Energy Ltd. ("the Company"), is pleased to announce a grant of 750,000 incentive stock options to an officer of the Company. The incentive stock options (the "Options") are priced at $0.10 each and may be exercised for a period of up to three years from the date of grant with 12.5% of the options vesting at the date of grant and an additional 12.5% vesting every three months thereafter.
