Singapore, 6 August 2025 - TOTM Technologies Limited has today signed a strategic MOU ("Memorandum of Understanding") with Switzerland's Quranium SA to co-develop quantum-secure, AI-powered digital identity solutions for governments, financial institutions, and enterprises. As global cyber threats evolve in the age of quantum computing, this partnership brings together two mission-aligned technology enablers at the intersection of identity, security, and future internet infrastructure.

Under the agreement, TOTM x Quranium will seek to co-develop and integrate biometric identity verification into Quranium's QSafe quantum-secure wallet and enable cross-chain portable digital identities through TOTM's authentication protocols within Quranium's DeQUIP architecture, their next-gen decentralised identity platform. The collaboration will also co-market and bid for application of their combined tech into large-scale national ID systems, border security, eKYC, and smart city solutions.
While the MOU is non-binding, it lays out a comprehensive scope for innovation and market expansion. Both parties will commit resources towards establishing proof-of-concepts and co-development plans, with definitive agreements to follow as the collaboration matures.
