Brulines (Holdings) plc - amended announcement
With reference to the announcement made on 11 December 2006 at 11:42 under RNS
Number 6184N the final sentence should read 'The above figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Brulines under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.'

Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
Brulines hereby provides notification of the following information:
Brulines issued capital consists of 24,079,125 ordinary shares with voting
rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brulines is 24,079,125.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brulines under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
