The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 31 August 2023 at 07:00 under RNS No 8309K. The "Total Voting Rights" announcement released on 31 August 2023 incorrectly stated the Company's issued share capital as 252,582,987. The issued share capital should have been stated as 252,572,434. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below. 31 August 2023 GB GROUP PLC ("GBG" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights - Correction Further to the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the total number of voting rights in ordinary shares of 2.5p of GBG at the date of this notice is 252,572,434. There are no shares held in treasury. The above figure (252,572,434) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
