1 July 2024 Revolution Beauty Group plc ("Revolution Beauty", the "Group", or the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Change of Name of Nominated Adviser   Total Voting Rights In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following: As of 28 June 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 318,902,737 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 28 June 2024 is therefore 318,902,737.
