Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:
As of 28 June 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 318,902,737 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 28 June 2024 is therefore 318,902,737.
The above figure of 318,902,737 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker
The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker has changed its name to Panmure Liberum Capital Limited following completion of its own corporate merger.
