Dialight plc has announced that as of April 30, 2026, its total voting rights stand at 40,406,483 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury, following the transfer of 16,080 ordinary shares from treasury to satisfy share plan awards. Additionally, 201,027 further ordinary shares have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market between March 17 and April 30, 2026, in connection with the vesting of awards under the Dialight Performance Share Plan, bringing the total issued share capital to 40,406,483 fully fungible ordinary shares. Further to the Company's Transaction in own shares announcement dated 1 April 2026, 16,080 ordinary shares have been transferred out of treasury to satisfy the vesting of awards granted in 2023 under the Dialight Performance Share Plan. Accordingly, as at 30 April 2026, the issued share capital of Dialight plc consisted of 40,406,483 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each, each carrying one voting right. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Dialight plc is 40,406,483. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
