2 December 2025 Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital The Company notifies the market that at the date of this announcement the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 296,266,014 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 5,552,239 shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 290,713,775 Ordinary Shares. The number of 290,713,775 Ordinary Shares above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company also notifies corrections, as a result of administrative error, to the previously disclosed total voting rights ("TVR") figures in the Company's 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcements - as set out in the Appendix to this announcement.
