Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), as at 27 February 2026, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc:
· has 674,005,752 issued ordinary shares of 10⁵⁄₁₂ pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc;
· holds 29,043,683 ordinary shares in treasury. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended; and
· accordingly, has total voting rights 644,962,069.
The total voting rights figure 644,962,069 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
