Diageo plc has announced its total voting rights and capital as of 28 February 2026, reporting 2,432,425,480 ordinary shares in issue. With 205,973,302 ordinary shares held in treasury and thus not carrying voting rights, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 2,226,452,178. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 2,226,452,178 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidelines and Transparency Rules.
