Total Voting Rights
Marston's PLC has announced its total voting rights as of March 2, 2026, with 660,362,194 ordinary shares admitted to trading. Of these, 25,080,588 shares are held in treasury and have suspended voting rights, resulting in a maximum of 187,408,073 voting rights. This decrease in treasury shares is attributed to the exercise of options under the Company's 2022 Sharesave Scheme. 2 March 2026 Marston's PLC (the "Company") LEI: 213800Q6RP3ZJ2CZR962 Total Voting Rights In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR") 5.6.1, we notify the market of the following as at 02 March 2026: The Company has 660,362,194 ordinary shares of 7.375p admitted to trading, of which 25,080,588 are held in treasury and the voting rights of these treasury shares are automatically suspended. Accordingly, the maximum total voting rights attached to the Company's issued ordinary shares is 187,408,073 (excluding treasury shares). The number of shares held in treasury has decreased since the last disclosure due to the exercise of options under the Company's 2022 Sharesave Scheme, in which treasury shares are used. These total voting rights figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR. To calculate the number of voting rights attached to a shareholding of ordinary shares, shareholders should multiply the number of ordinary shares held by 0.295.
