CORRECTION - Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that the RNS issued on 31 October 2025, entitled 'Total Voting Rights' (RNS number 7274F), contained an error in the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
The error increased the issued share capital by 5,000,000 Ordinary shares and subsequently increased the total voting rights. The corrected information is set out below.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that:
On 30 October 2025, 5,000,000 Ordinary shares of £0.05 pence were transferred from Treasury to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. As at 31 October 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,885,029,503 Ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each. The Company now holds 20,000,000 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,865,029,503. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
