Mitie Group plc has notified the market that as of February 27, 2026, its issued share capital comprises 1,322,335,494 ordinary shares, with a total of 1,319,312,658 voting rights. This figure excludes 3,022,836 shares held in treasury and 32,556,285 shares held in the employee benefit trust, which are not included in EPS calculations.
