In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s (“FCA”) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, CT Progressive Income PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 31 October 2026 the Company had 107,289,022 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue including 15,146,052 held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 92,142,970.
The above figure (92,142,970) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
