Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Softcat makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.

As at 31 October 2026, the share capital of the Company consisted of 215,654,994 Ordinary Shares of £0.0005 each with voting rights ("shares"). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company is 215,654,994.
