In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 27 February 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 102,623,910 Ordinary Shares of 5.6110477936 pence each.
The Company holds 8,105,936 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 94,517,974.
The above figure (94,517,974) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
