In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following: On 30 September 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 124,475,859 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each, of that amount 6,203,330 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury, and 118,272,529 Ordinary Shares were in circulation. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 118,272,529 (the 'Figure'). The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. |
