As at 30th September 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 136,314,903 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 47,060,768 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th September 2026, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc is 89,254,135.
The above figure (89,254,135) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
