The Global Smaller Companies Trust plc (the 'Company') advises that as at 30 September 2026 the Company had 620,533,770 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue (including 211,615,308 ordinary shares of 2.5p each held in Treasury). Each ordinary share has one vote per share.
The total number of voting rights that can be exercised in the Company is, therefore, 408,918,462.
The above figure of 408,918,462 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
