In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2, the Company announces that on 9 October 2026 it transferred 4,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each ("Shares") from its treasury account to the IG Group Limited Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy awards granted under the Company's IG Group Holdings plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2023 and IG Group 2023 Sustained Performance Plan, for nil consideration.

As at 9 October 2026 and following the above transfer of Shares, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 361,557,868 Shares, of which 24,522,153 Shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company was 337,035,715.
