Total Voting Rights
The following notification is made in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR) 5.6.1.
The Company's total issued ordinary share capital as at 30 September 2026, comprised ordinary 1,354,114,112 shares of 10p each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,354,114,112.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
