Burberry Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 28 February 2026 consisted of 363,834,301 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one vote, including 2,839,220 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Ordinary Shares held in Treasury do not carry any voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 360,995,081 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 2 March 2026
