Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DGTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 30 September 2026 consisted of 90,648,330 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, of which 1,363,251 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The shares held in Treasury have no voting rights.

The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 89,285,079. Each share entitles the holder to one vote.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the DGTRs.
