1 May 2026 Metals One Plc ("Metals One" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), Metals One (AIM: MET1, OTCQB: MTOPF), a critical and precious metals project developer and investor, announces that as at the date of this announcement the Company's total issued share capital consists of 1,234,946,460 with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly there are no voting rights in respect of any treasury shares. The abovementioned figure of Ordinary Shares 1,234,946,460 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Metals One under the FCA's DTRs.
