3 October 2022 EUROCELL PLC (Symbol: ECEL) Total Voting Rights In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Eurocell plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, at the close of business on 30 September 2022: · the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprised 112,095,184 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1p each (the "Ordinary Shares"); and · all of the Ordinary Shares had equal voting rights, and there were no shares held in treasury, and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company was 112,095,184. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Eurocell plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
