RNS Number : 5455W Halma PLC 01 August 2018 HALMA plc VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules , Halma plc ('Halma') confirms that t he total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at 31 July 2018 is unchanged at 379,645,332. Halma no longer holds shares in treasury after the transfer of the remaining 3,990 shares out of treasury in respect of participants of the Halma plc Executive Share Plan 2015 and in partial satisfaction of awards which vested in accordance with the Rules of the Plan. There is currently no intention to purchase further treasury shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights i n Halma is 379,645,332. The above figure of 379,645,332 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify the ir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules. No further voting rights and capital announcements will be made unless and until this position changes.
