Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital - Correction

The following text replaces the announcement regarding the Total Voting Rights
and Issued Share Capital released on 27 December 2006 at 13.08 under RNS number
6740O, with a correction to an error in the number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights:
In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company confirms
that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises
32,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.
413,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights
in the Company is therefore 31,587,000. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal
voting rights.
The figure of 31,587,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
