Florence, September 12, 2025 - Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. informs that the Half-Year Financial Report as at June 30, 2025, pursuant to art. 154-ter paragraph 2 of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, approved by the Board of Directors on September 11, 2025, is available to the public on registered office of the company, in the 1INFO authorised storage system (https://www.1info.it) and on the company's website, https://www.toscana-aeroporti.com (section "Investors/ Financial reports").
The External Auditor's Report on the aforementioned Half-Year Financial Report has also filed with the same modalities.
