The World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) invites Kobayakawa on to the Stage at the WANO Biennial General Meeting

The Biennial General Meeting (BGM) of The World Association of Nuclear Operators*1 (hereinafter referred to as, "WANO") was held in Tokyo from September 28 to September 30.
The conference brought together industry leaders worldwide with a focus on fostering a continuous improvement culture. Management of the BGM was spearheaded by WANO CEO Naoki Chigusa and WANO Chairman José Gago, and supported in his capacity as conference host by former WANO President and TEPCO HD President, Tomoaki Kobayakawa.

TEPCO HD will continue to strive to improve the safety and reliability of its nuclear power stations in light of the lessons learned from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident.
