Toivo Group Plc ("Toivo") is launching a construction project of approximately EUR 7.5 million in Oulunkylä, Helsinki. The project is being carried out as a joint venture with Toivo's partner Weston Group ("Weston"). The property will include a total of 19 apartments and commercial space, and it is an A-energy class apartment building where the family apartments feature large glazed balconies.
"Klassikko is already our third joint apartment building in Teininrinne. Cooperation with Toivo has been excellent, and I am glad that we can offer spacious family apartments in Oulunkylä, which are truly needed in the area," says Olli Höytö, Chairman of the Board of Weston.
"The previous properties in Teininrinne have been completely sold out, which shows that the jointly developed concept meets buyers' wishes. Klassikko continues along the same lines, and the construction site will start during October," says Ville Välkkilä, Production Director at Toivo.
The project will be completed and handed over to customers in late 2027.
