Political Contribution Policy

This Policy outlines TKO Group Holdings, Inc.'s commitment to transparency, legal compliance, and responsible participation in the political process. It applies to TKO Group Holdings, Inc., its operating subsidiaries, and its affiliated political action committee (PAC) (collectively, the "Company").

The Company is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing political activity. Every proposed contribution-whether by the PAC or another Company en-tity-is subject to prior review by Company leadership and legal counsel to ensure compliance and alignment with the Company's corporate values.

The Company sponsors a voluntary, employee-funded PAC, the TKO Group Holdings Inc. Political Action Committee (FEC Committee ID No. C00459693). All PAC contributions are disclosed in monthly filings with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), which are publicly available online at https://www.fec.gov/data.

The Company makes corporate contributions where permitted by applicable law to support candidates, initiatives, and organizations that demonstrate a commitment to effective governance, public service, and community leadership. Our goal is to help foster policies and civic engagement that strengthen the communities where we operate and where our employees live and work. These contributions are guided by principles of integrity and responsibility, not by partisan ideology. In addition to the PAC monthly filings described above, every contribution is disclosed as legally required by the recipients that receive our support.

Company entities are active members of various trade associations that advocate on issues relevant to our business and industry. In addition, the Company supports a range of charitable organizations and community initiatives that reflect our commitment to social responsibility.
