In the first nine months of the year, Revenues amounted to 347.2 million Euro (+13.6%), Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 62.7 million Euro (+11.9%) and Adjusted Net Profit from continuing operations stood at 15.1 million Euro. The Chairman , Enrico Salza declared: " The results achieved in the first nine months of the year confirm the solidity and consistency of the path undertaken by the Group. We continue to work with a long-term vision in line with our mission to support businesses and institutions in their digitalization journey. " The Chief Executive Officer , Pier Andrea Chevallard commented: " The results of the first nine months of 2025 confirm the solidity of the business model and Tinexta Group's ability to generate sustainable growth and cash flow, demonstrating the effectiveness of its strategic choices. The ongoing political uncertainty and the resulting difficulties in the French market have had a significant impact on the performance of the subsidiary ABF, making it necessary to update the year-end guidance to reflect these extraordinary effects. Net of this impact, expected growth remains in line with forecasts and with the development path focused on integration, innovation, and strengthening leadership in Digital Transformation. "
