TIM: TOP MANAGEMENT TENDERS SHARES IN THE PUBLIC OFFER LAUNCHED BY POSTE ITALIANE

TIM announces that CEO Pietro Labriola and TIM's key managers have tendered the shares they hold to the voluntary full public tender and exchange offer launched by Poste Italiane.

As previously announced to the market on 18 July, the Board of Directors of the Group deemed the offer price to be fair from a financial standpoint, having assessed its rationale and industrial prospects favourably.

The top management's acceptance was finalized last week and details regarding the individual transactions will be made public via internal dealing notifications, in accordance with the terms of the

applicable regulations.
