COMPLETION OF THE H SHARE FULL CIRCULATION PROGRAMME
This announcement is made by Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") under the Inside Information Provisions of Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange.
Reference is made to (i) the announcement of the Company dated January 8, 2020 in relation to the application submitted by the Company to the CSRC in respect of the participation in the H share full circulation programme; (ii) the announcement of the Company dated January 16, 2020 in relation to the acceptance by the CSRC of the Application; (iii) the announcement of the Company dated June 1, 2020 in relation to the formal approval by the CSRC in respect of the Application;
- the announcement of the Company dated July 9, 2020 in relation to the granting of the Listing Approval by the Stock Exchange; and (v) the announcement of the Company dated July 17, 2020 in relation to the progress update regarding the H Share full circulation programme (collectively, the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
The Company has applied to China Clear, Shenzhen Branch and has completed the maintenance of the detailed records of the initial holding of the Converted H Shares held by the Participating Shareholders. The Company has also applied for the domestic transaction commission code and abbreviation (domestic transaction commission code: 299907; abbreviation: Tianbao Energy), which have been confirmed by China Clear, Shenzhen Branch pursuant to the authorisation of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Company is pleased to announce that the share certificate for the Converted H Shares has been issued to HKSCC on July 28, 2020 and such Converted H Shares will be listed on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on July 29, 2020 as scheduled.
Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
