Transfer of Treasury Shares
13 October 2011
The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 10 October 2011, 5,451
ordinary shares of 12.5p each held as treasury shares were transferred to
participants to satisfy awards granted in 2008 under the Group Long Term
Incentive Plan.
Following the above transfer, the Company now holds 1,710,804 ordinary shares in
treasury and has 211,341,566 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as
treasury shares).
