Kats, Netherlands - December 16, 2025 -The Kingfish Company (Euronext: KING)announces that Jordi Trias has informed the Supervisory Board of his intentionto resign from his position as member of the Supervisory Board during thefirstquarter of 2026, with the exact date still to be determined.Mr Trias will continue to serve on the Supervisory Board until his resignationbecomes effective.
