The votes from the General Meeting today inMedistimASA, has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 6.00 per share based on theCompany's net profit for the 2024 financial year. The total dividend willamountto NOK 109.9 million, which corresponds to 106% of the net profit for 2024.Thedividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 8th ofMay2025. The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from andincluding the 9th of May 2025 (ex-date).
