The 46th AGM of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 24th SEP. 2025 at 10.00 a,m. at the Regd. office of the company, through video conference (as permitted by MCA circular dt. 19.09.2024 - in view of Covid 19 - Pandemic) and hence, the Share Transfer books will remain closed from 18.09.2025 to 24.09.2025 (both days inclusive) as per REG.42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEC.91 of the companies Act 2013.
