Subject: The 2nd capital reduction in year 2022 of Thailand Prime Property Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TPRIME)

Reference is made to the notification of SCCP REIT Company Limited (" Company") as the REIT Manager of Thailand Prime Property Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("TPRIME") regarding to the paid- up capital reduction at Baht 0.0370 per unit trust to distribute on June 8, 2022.
The company has distributed the proceeds from the capital reduction on June 8, 2022 by decreasing the par value. The amount of the capital reduction is Baht 20,257,500. The paid- up capital after decreasing is Baht 4,779,948,750 or Baht 8.7305 per unit trust.
The company has informed the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission ( " SEC" ) and Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited as the Trustee regarding to the 2nd capital reduction in year 2022 on June 8, 2022. Then, SEC and Trustee have already acknowledged the 2nd capital reduction in year 2022.
