This groundbreaking venture combines a solar-powered pizzeria and café with an AI-based microgrid, an EV super quick charging station, and a residential community development.
As we were approached by the land owners to create a sustainable, eco-friendly community that leverages renewable energy for everyday living and dining, while promoting green technology and reducing carbon footprints. TGI Management, will act as development partner and advisor, presented our vision of ADVENT SMART CITY: to be a model for future sustainable communities, demonstrating the viability and benefits of integrating renewable energy into residential and commercial developments.
The Elements and Highlights of ADVENT proposal:
- AI-Based Microgrid: Our 1MW solar farm powers the entire project, with 2MW storage facilities, including the pizzeria, café, convenience store and EV charging station, with energy storage and a backup generator (natural gas and hydrogen), ensuring efficient and reliable energy management.
- Waste to Energy Facility: Converts waste into usable energy, further enhancing sustainability- as an option.
- +3D printing and waste efficiency. With Gaudi’s 3D printers, no new waste is produced due to machine precision and the ability to only print exactly what is needed. Gaudi’s 3D printable materials integrate material waste recycled from construction sites and steel mills, creating not only net zero but net positive buildings.
- Solar-Powered Gourmet Pizzeria & Café: Located at highway crossings for convenience, offering delicious, eco-friendly meals powered by solar energy. To be built utilizing proprietary 3D technology from our strategic partners at GaudiTech (www.gauditech.us).
- EV Super Quick Charging Station: Provides fast and efficient charging for electric vehicles, promoting the use of clean transportation.
- Gaudi’s 3D printed pavilions and solar integrated car covers are efficient as they can be custom designed and printed to optimize the ideal angle to absorb the most solar energy.
- Residential Development: Adjacent 15 acres available for building private homes on 1/4 acre lots, with potential for 55 lots and a clubhouse community, or 100 garden apartments/townhouses (2 bedrooms, 2 baths + Loft/ 3 Br, 2 baths and office) valued at $275,000 - $350,000 (base unit) each, making the total project value approximately $30 million.
- Deploying and utilizing 3D printing technology allows for fast, efficient and high-quality development of these private homes. Homes made of concrete do not have issues from termites, mold, rot, are more fireproof and weather resistant than traditionally built stick homes. GAUDI’s 2 story and 4 story printers are mobile and easily set up to print townhouses/apartments
