Reasons for revisions
Considering the yen's depreciation compared to the assumptions at the beginning of FY2025, the company has revised the foreign exchange rate assumptions underlying its full-year financial guidance*. Additionally, considering the steady growth in revenue, as well as the improved profitability, which is mainly driven by pricing measures, the company has revised the full-year guidance for both revenue and adjusted operating profit.
The full-year guidance for operating profit and profit attributable to owners of the parent have also been revised to reflect the impact of acquisition-related expenses and one-time costs associated with the continued review of its business portfolio.
*Previous full-year foreign exchange rate assumptions: USD1=140 JPY, EUR1=160 JPY Revised full-year foreign exchange rate assumptions: USD1=148 JPY, EUR1=169 JPY
