On August 20, 2010, Tower Properties Company (“Company”) entered into a real estate contract to purchase the office building at 12647 Olive Boulevard (West Park II) in St. Louis, Missouri for a purchase price of $14,750,000. This contract was terminated by the Company without a penalty on September 9, 2010.
