Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 10, 2026) - Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTC Pink: PKKFF) ("Tenet" or the "Company"), an innovative analytics service provider, owner and operator of the Cubeler Business Development Platform, is pleased to announce that the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") has revoked the failure to file cease trade order previously placed on the Company's securities on May 7, 2025, as a result of the Company's failure to file its audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certifications for the year ended December 31, 2024, within the prescribed deadline as required under National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations and National Instrument 52-109 - Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings (the "FFCTO"). The revocation of the FFCTO came following a review of the Company's continuous disclosure filings by the OSC in compliance with National Policy 11-207 Failure to File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions, which resulted in the Company making corrective disclosure adjustments on June 24, 2026, to address the filing deficiencies identified during the OSC's review. With the revocation of the FFCTO, trading in the Company's securities through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange is expected to resume at market open on July 13, 2026.
