Telia Company AB (publ) today announces the redemption of the entire principal amount outstanding of the Securities on 23 February 2026, subject to the terms and conditions (the "Conditions") of the Securities set out in the prospectus relating to the Securities dated 7 February 2020, at their principal amount together with any Deferred Interest and any other accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the redemption date, in accordance with and pursuant to Condition 6(b) (Issuer's Call Option). There is no outstanding Deferred Interest in respect of the Securities.
