Telefonica Chile said on Thursday that it had received non-binding expressions of interest and conducted due diligence with several potential buyers for its assets.
The company added in a statement that it has no further information regarding the possible acquisition of its Chilean operations, and therefore cannot anticipate the potential impact of any transactions.
