For the purposes and effects of the Portuguese Securities Code, TEIXEIRA DUARTE, S.A. hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting convened for 26 May 2026, at 18h00, could not be held on that date due to the absence of the quorum required under Article Fifteenth of the Articles of Association.
The General Meeting will be held, in accordance with legal and statutory provisions, on 22 June 2026 at 18h00, at the same venue and with the same agenda, pursuant to the notice convening the meeting issued on this date.
