Subsequent to the sale of its cybersecurity business and after reviewing several opportunities, the Board of Directors of Tego made the decision to move forward with this transition as it felt it was in the best interest of its stockholders. The new business model is not capital intensive, has an expedited path to market and revenue, high gross margins, significant long term growth potential and Tego will be one of a very few publicly traded companies addressing this specific market segment.
