SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING APPROVES FINANCIAL STATEMENT AS OF 31 DECEMBER 2025 AND APPOINTS THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS - Update

PRESS RELEASE

Milan, 29 April 2026 - With reference to the press release issued on April 28, 2026 regarding the approval of the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2025, the Company announces that, due to a clerical error, an incorrect percentage of votes in favor was reported in relation to the approval of the financial statements and the resolution on the allocation of the result for the year.

In particular, the aforementioned press release stated that the resolution was approved unanimously. The correct data is as follows: votes in favor equal to 98.076% of those participating in the vote and abstentions equal to 1.924% of those participating in the vote.

All other contents of the above-mentioned press release remain unchanged.

The Company apologizes for the inconvenience and confirms that the minutes of the shareholders'

meeting correctly reflect the voting results.
