WEEKLY PRESS RELEASE ON TREASURY SHARES BUYBACK PLAN
Cernusco Lombardone (LC). November 4, 2024 - Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe") listed on Euronext Milan, declares the purchase on the Euronext Milan market, according to the Shareholders' Meeting on April 24, 2024 approval and initiated by the Board of Directors (already object of informative also according to art.144 bis of the Consob Regulation 11971/99 and art. 132 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98), in the period from 28 October 2024 to 1st November 2024 of n. 243,411 ordinary shares (equal to 0.0373% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of Euro 6.3468 for a total value of EUR 1,544,881.09.
Purchases were made through the intermediary Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A.
