Technoprobe S p A : joins the FTSE MIB

Technoprobe officially joins the FTSE MIB, the index of the 40 largest companies listed on Piazza Affari.
The inclusion takes effect on 21 September 2026.

An important milestone for the Italian technology industry: Technoprobe, a company directly exposed to the semiconductor, microelectronics and artificial intelligence cycle, enters the main index of the Italian Stock Exchange alongside the other major names in finance, energy and manufacturing that traditionally make up the index.

The path toward this result began in February 2022, with the listing on Euronext Growth Milan, followed in May 2023 by the move to the Euronext Milan main market. Since then, the stock has recorded significant growth, driven by business expansion fuelled by booming demand for AI chips: last 5 August, Technoprobe raised its full-year guidance for the second time in 2026.

Founded in 1996 by Giuseppe Crippa, who passed away on 5 July 2025, the company is today the world's leading producer of probe cards, the high-technology devices used to test chip functionality during the manufacturing process. Headquartered in Cernusco Lombardone (LC), the group today has around 4,000 employees, more than 650 proprietary patents, and a manufacturing and commercial presence in eleven countries across three continents.
