End of Sales Notice for the Compact IP Codec TM7006/7 Series

Dear Valued Customer,

We regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing our product, the Compact IP Codec TM7006/7 Series, as detailed below.

1. Products subject to discontinuation
2. 1. Encoder TM7007E/TM7006E
   2. Decoder TM7006D
   3. Customized products based on TM7007E, TM7006E and TM7006D
3. Reason for the discontinuation of sales
   It will become difficult to continue production due to the discontinuation of the electronic components used.
4. Successor products

4. End of Sales Schedule

・Receipt date of final order: March 31, 2025

・End date of support: March 31, 2028

‐Limited support (*) will be provided for 3 years after the end of sales.

‐If the end date of support falls within 5 years from the date of shipment, we will provide limited support (*) for up to 5 years from the date of shipment.

5. Limited Support for Discontinued Products(*)

・Wewill respondbasedonexistingknowledge,includingfindingsandpastcases.However, we may not be able to analyze events that are difficult to resolveusing existing knowledge.

・In principle, we do not provide bug fixes, vulnerability countermeasures, or support for new operating systems (except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion).

・In the case we have some related files, we will provide the latest version of the files in

principle.

・Hardware repair support will be provided only if a maintenance contract is valid.

・However, even before the scheduled end date for repair services, it may not be possible to carry out repairs due to the availability of replacement parts or the current repair status.
